As your driving skills develop, it’s time to extend your driving practice outside your local area and start to discover real world driving.
Over the course of 3 hours take a trip somewhere new, challenging and exciting.
There will be time to take breaks, time to ask questions, time to admire the scenery and time to discover the joy of driving.
Maleny and the Hinterland
3 Hour Advanced Drive
Take a scenic drive winding through the spectacular Glass House Mountains and up to the mountain top town of Maleny on the Blackall Range.
Learn how to handle corners, how to control the car on hills and how to stay safe on country roads. There will be plenty of lookouts to stop and admire the stunning views and experience the natural beauty of the area.
Bribie Island and the Pumistone Passage
3 Hour Advanced Drive
Navigate your way along the scenic foreshore of Bongaree, visit Sandstone Point, Red Rock, the Pumiston Passage and then drive over to the patrolled surf and picnic area of Woorim Beach.
Practise parking, using roundabouts with confidence, and driving safely through busy pedestrian areas.
Kenilworth and the Mary Valley

Come for a scenic drive through the lush, green countryside of Maleny, Witta and Connodale before arriving in Kenilworth in the Mary Valley.
Learn how to stay safe on winding country roads, experience single lane bridges learn how to manage speed, master corners and understand road positioning.
Coolum and the Coast Road

Take a drive to beautiful Coolum and follow the beaches along the coast road.
Master highway driving, merging and changing lanes. Practise consistent speed control as you meander past some of Australia's most spectacular beaches.

What does 3 for 1 bonus hours mean?
Every hour of your daytime driving with an accredited trainer counts for 3 hours in your logbook—up to a maximum of 10 actual hours or 30 logbook hours. Any hours with a trainer after the 10 actual hours must be recorded in your logbook in real time
